Hi fellow fae!!! How have you been?

This week I'd like to talk about milestones and goals. When I started crafting I wasn't doing it seriously. It wasn't until about 2 1/2 years ago that I became serious about it. My cousin Kenya always tells me to stay focused on my goals and to set milestones in order to meet those goals. For example, last year (before COVID-19) my biggest goal was to post more to my blog and business Instagrams. My small milestones were to select topics at the beginning of the month, research, schedule. Because of this plan I was successful when it came to posting content.

The Difference:

Goals: describe how your organization will look one or more years from today.

Milestones: actions and achievements necessary to make process toward goals.

These are simply, small ones I would have (should have) gotten done last year, but COVID. I'm definitely looking forward to the next couple of weeks....months....years of building my brands.

There are so many other things I'd like to get done this year but I'd like to stay focused on the things I've been doing for the last few months. Knock out some projects then do new things.
