Hi Fae Friends! Today we're going to talk about different forms of relaxing pastimes. A lot of them I do to help with my anxiety. Let's do some breakdowns first.
Pastime: noun
A diversion that occupies one's time and thoughts (usually pleasantly).
Relaxation: noun
Is a synonym for pastime in activity topic. In some cases you can use "Relaxation" instead of noun "Pastime", when it comes to topics like play, deed, leisure, recreation. Activity engaged in to amuse oneself.
