Week 1: Send Home Sub Plans
Hi Friends! Or should I say fellow moms, single parents or those trying to help someone whose child(ren) or going to be out of school. I'm going to be sharing with you Panda and my schedule for Day 1 of this week, pictures of a few pages from the packet his teacher gave us and some color pages. I hope this will give you an idea. Keep in mind this is my made up schedule and not the one he is used to from school. Times may vary but this it the jist of it.

Day 1: 8:30- Breakfast
8:50- Literacy
Read to: Splish Splash Spring
Sight Words: flash card review
Watch: Learn to Read/One Syllable Words
Practice: Write the words for the picture cards
Journal: Write about playing in the rain
*Play all week: Rainbow CVC
10:00- Take a walk outside
10:30- Math
Watch: Let's Get Fit Counting
Count aloud to 100 & write numbers as high as you can
Activity: roll 2 dice & add the numbers
Printable: Flower Addition
*Play all week: Ladybug Addition
11:20- Lunch
12:00- Going to the park
2:00- Nap time (YAY)
3:30- Snack time
4:00- Reading time




Each day there's something different for us to do! She also included some of the learning sites they use at school as well as a free trial she set up for the whole class. We have lesson books for his age and enough books to read more than once!


Him and I are still working on finishing Coraline and I started The Complete Sookie Stackhouse Stories. I found out recently that a lot of the books I've had on my list now have spin-off series, so I am thinking about starting my book list for next year!
