Hello March!

(So, when I wrote this out at the beginning of the week my title selections were different. Since then I've started a different book because I just couldn't get into the one I picked.)

Original Picks: Consumed and The Witches Daughter

Nico Carter, Supreme amd The Complete Sookie Stackhouse Stories

(Supreme is not on my current book list but it is apart of "The Men of The Bitch Series and I accidently bought it.)

Fears to Overcome:

Time management and logging in my Wellness planner (still not used to logging everything I do or eat during the day.)

Something New to Try:

Patterns (sewing and yarn)

Check-In:

I still don't weigh myself regularly because I will become obsessed with that number and that's not healthy. I like to do my checks by how my clothes fit. Yesterday I went to Old Navy and got a pair of jeans in the size 18! I personally don't like Old Navy because I could never find my size; even though they offer plus sizes. Needless to say I was kinda excited. I also got a wrap dress that is a contender for Easter service.

My person and I went back to the gym this week and he gave me the business. I don't mind because he pushes me when I need to be pushed. It definitely wasn't how it was in the past...I've gotten very lazy but we're working on that. The day before the workout we weighed ourselves and i weighed 272 but when I measured my waist today I've lost an inch. (I hate scales!!!)

This week has been very slow business wise but I've been very busy. A good busy. Next week can only be better because it only gets better from here.

March National Reading month!!! I strongly encourage all adults to take the time to read! I have a cousin who tries to read an hour a day and she calls it "her time". I try to read every day but I am considering picking a set time like she does. I read to Panda every morning (if we're on time) before school in the parking lot. I never know how I'm going to feel at bedtime so this has worked better for us.

This week we went to the library and got library cards. I ended up having to pick his book because he was more into the computers (games). And it's crazy because he's only 5 years old. His school is playing a game were at the end of each week the kids can turn in their reading points for the week and get a prize. We didn't get to because his teacher didn't like the chart they were given so we get a new chart today. I know I look forward to playing with Panda. (Mommy likes to read!!!) We were also given a Family Activities chart that we are going to start today. Today's activity is: Research Michigan State Parks and read about one. I'm going to write down everything we do for each activity.
