Monthly Progress: January 2020

Did I achieve my goals? Yes and no! When I took into consideration what I want to get done in the first six months of the year, January was a very good start. I was elected to the executive board of the Homeowners in my neighborhood. I am pretty much there as a tie breaker. Even with that some ideas I had have been taken into consideration and voted in as things to look forward to each month (my calendar got voted in). I posted on my business Instagrams and Blog more than I thought I was going to. When you typically don't do something even after you make plans to it's an amazing feeling. I didn't finish my fitness goals but while I was in the gym I was hitting 1.5 miles. That's the half way point in the goals that I set.

I throw things away that I no longer needed but with me there is always more I could get rid of. I have made a better plan for February which should work out better. (lol work out)

I don't have my planner next to me so I'm just going to give you my check-in measurements.

Measurements:

Clothing Size: 2x

Waist: 47"

Chest: 50.5"

Weight: 270.5 lbs.

Rewards:

This month I treated myself to: Nothing because I didn't give it my all!

Something new to try:

Sticking firmly to my schedule

I am grateful for:

The time I have for new adventures (like blogging and business).

Learn:

How to braid, how to make pillows

Finish:

Simplify:

Forgive:

Myself

Looking forward to the up coming months because I still have a lot to learn about myself and that's a beautiful thing!

Love & Light
