Goal 1: Gym & Hip Hop Abs
-Date to be achieved: Feb. 29, 202
-Why do I want to achieve this goal: Because I'd like to get my health in order before I can't. I would like to drop 20-40 pounds to start.
-How am I going to accomplish this goal: Wake up early enough to eat breakfast, go to the gym after school drop offs, have a protein snack on hand, Hip Hop Abs when I get home
-How will I measure this goal: Keep track of my calendars and planners
-What is my motivation/reward:
Motivation: have better health
Reward: new pants

Goal 2: Business Plans, Logos & Marketing

Week 3: 2.5 miles + Hip Hop Abs + Logging Foods
Week 4: 2.5-3 miles + Hip Hop Abs + Logging Foods
