Hi Fae Friends!!! Welcome to the first blog post of 2020 and the first post the 2017 Panda Re-launch! Let's talk about some of our goals for the year and how to track them.
I like to use a day planner. Depending on what kind of planner you use will help or hinder you. I will be using a wellness planner this year (thanks Mommy!). Inside the planner each page asks you for certain information that will help you track things throughout the year.
First page: Quick Reference Information Page (personal profile, emergency contacts, family and friends)
Page 2: Contacts (I won't be logging all of my contacts. Reasons)
Page 3: Goal Writing
Page 4: Yearly Goals
Page 5: "This Year I Want"
Page 6: Life Goals
Page 7: Dream Big, Set Goals, Take Action
Page 8: Starting Point
"Starting Point" is the page before the planner begins each months break down. They ask for a picture of you, your clothing size, waist, hips, thighs, chest, biceps and weight measurements. They also have a space for notes/inspirations.
Okay. So the "calendar" part starts off with a wellness break down for the month. I'm going to list mine below so you can get a feel for my day planner.
Hello Month: January 2020
Inspiring Quote: "She remembered who she was and the game changed." -Lalah Delia
Word For The Month: Ambition
Book For The Month: Every Thug Needs A Lady; Bared To You
Fears To Overcome: Sitting still, time and budgets
Somethings New To Try: Tracking
I Am Becoming: Who I thought I would be; organized, together, responsible, business smart
I Am Grateful For: Life
Learn: wake up early and be happy about it
Finish: Alex's Blanket
Let Go: stress
Create: safe space to create
Simplify: my closets and office space
Forgive: myself
The next page is where you list your "Wellness Goals". (I'll come back to those is another blog post because I'm not completely sure about mine yet.)
Page 11 is where you write out your calendar for the month. You have spaces for "This month I want to", "Exercise Goals", "Inspiration", "Notes", "Next Month". After you figure out your month you get pages to break down each day of the week. I feel that this is the best part of the planner because you can track your food, water and exercise for that/each day you log. Each month starts with a quote. Also, at the end of the month you get a "Monthly Progress" page. This will be beneficial through the year when you want to look at your progress. At the end of the planner you have other logs.
One thing I'm looking forward to this year is my book list! Over time I've decided to create my own book list. The last few years I haven't been able to finish my lists. So, my 2020 list is going to be my previous lists with the books I got for Christmas added.

Fitness:
January I'm going to be taking slow (I fell down the stairs on Christmas day). So, I'm going to be walking.
Week 1: 1 mile (each day); Week 2: 1.5 miles; Week 3: 2 miles; Week 4: 2.5 miles
When I do my end of the month check-in in my planner I'll include my results in that blog post. I have a full fitness plan for the year but taking things day by day has been working better for me.
Bucket List:
This year I'd focusing on knocking somethings off my bucket list! For Example:
1. 30 day photography challenge (again)
2. Create a blog and inspire the world
3. Go a week without using my phone
4. Have a home library (almost there)
5. Have my favorite author sign my book
6. Go on an ice cream date
7. Be ahead of schedule
8. Finish a bottle of nail polish
9. Own something from Tiffany & Co.
10. Save up money for an adventure (like a house)
This is just the top 10 I'm going to have in mind throughout the year but my whole list is up for grabs. My whole bucket list is on my personal Pinterest page labeled "bucket list". https://www.pinterest.com/maxinewilsonaubrey/bucket-list/
